I highly recommend Viewpoint Design for any home remodeling project. They transformed our home with a beautiful full kitchen and bathroom renovation, including new flooring throughout, and the results exceeded our expectations. John and his team provided a true concierge experience from start to finish. They guided us through every design decision, offered thoughtful recommendations, and communicated with us every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Viewpoint Design and Installation. Their tagline is "From inspiration to installation," and that is exactly what they deliver — and then some! Our journey with Viewpoint was anything but conventional. We originally hired them to remodel a different home, and Laura, their designer, invested significant time and energy creating beautiful designs for that project. Then life threw us a curveball — we decided to sell that home and purchase a different one entirely. Most companies would have been frustrated about a pivot like that, but the Viewpoint team handled it with complete professionalism and grace. Laura seamlessly transitioned all of our designs and ideas to the new home, adapting everything to fit the new space without missing a beat! John, the owner, was an absolute standout when it came to communication. He kept us informed at every stage of the project and was always just a call or text away if we had questions. He also put together a detailed project calendar so we always knew what was happening and when — no guessing, no surprises. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were top-notch across the board. Every element of the remodel was executed with care and precision. On the rare occasion that something wasn't quite right, they addressed it immediately and never pushed back or made excuses. Our satisfaction was clearly their priority, and it showed in every interaction. They also kept the worksite clean and organized throughout the project. The process was amazing due to the entire Viewpoint team including John, Laura, Roberto, Dustin, Christian, Robin, and Melissa as well as all the expert project managers, trade leads, and their teams! It's no surprise that Viewpoint was voted Best Home Improvement and Laura was recognized as Best Interior Designer. We recently had our entire kitchen remodeled and could not be happier with John and the entire Viewpoint team. These guys are super professional, on time, and overly communicative, which is the best thing possible when you are going through a kitchen remodel. We couldn't be happier with the results. We are pleasantly pleased with the kitchen makeover done by Viewpoint. We initially engaged with John, but then worked with Laura, our design consultant. Laura was able to transform our thoughts into a design that was exactly what we were looking for. She stayed involved as the installation proceeded, providing input as additional customization needs developed. As far as installation, Roberto assembled a great team to get the job completed. Steven and Christian were meticulous in their work, asking for input when the need developed. Steven's ability to apply the unique aspects we were looking for was quite similar to Laura's ability to transform our thoughts into a great design. Robin was our project coordinator and kept us updated at every turn, so there was never any worry about timeline, etc. We did have a hiccup with the island countertop fabrication, but that was quickly resolved by John's team and the final outcome looks absolutely great. No surprises with billing and Melissa did a fine job in doing so timely and accurately. We just finished remodeling our two bathrooms with Viewpoint and couldn't be happier.  From design to finished bathrooms, Viewpoint staff were positive and professional. They were great at maintaining ongoing communication about every detail, question or concern.  John, Lynda, Roberto and team were wonderful to work with. I'm really pleased with my recent renovations done by ViewPoint Design & Installation. Right from the start, John was incredibly attentive, taking the time to really understand what we were looking for. He made sure every part of the plan reflected our needs and preferences. Lynda’s designs were great, striking a balance between beauty and functionality. Her selections made the most of our spaces, turning them into areas we really enjoy. Communication was mainly via email for documents, with text messages for quicker updates. This setup kept us well-informed throughout the renovation process and made sure we were always on the same page. Whenever there were any issues post-installation, they were dealt with promptly. It was reassuring to see their commitment to making sure everything was just right. The transformation has been remarkable—the kitchen, bar, and laundry areas are not only more functional but also much more inviting. It’s obvious that every detail was well thought out and executed with care. The installation teams were clearly skilled and took their time to do things right, which I really appreciated. ViewPoint has been a pleasure to work with, not just because of the final product, which we love, but also because of the journey there. They made a potentially stressful project feel manageable and exciting. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to undertake a home renovation—they are thorough, skilled, and genuinely care about their clients’ satisfaction.
